I have been very blessed to have had three sequential careers, first as a practising lawyer, second as a full-time managing partner to a major British law firm, and finally as an international adviser to law firms and professional service firms.

About Me

In the last two decades my work has taken me to firms on six continents where I have helped firms to confront their core areas of management and strategy as well as governance and leadership development .

I have advised (and continue to advise) on all critical business issues,facing professional service firms. In addition to matters of strategy, I have a particular interest in partnership governance, partner compensation, partnership performance criteria and partner development.
